Families: All students received the message below regarding appropriate use of their district issued Google accounts. Please help us ensure they are using the technology for academic purposes. Their learning, social and emotional health and overall safety is as important to us in our online classrooms as it is in our real classrooms.
Dear Students,
While we continue to help you learn at a distance, please remember that you must practice Digital Citizenship. As a student of John C. Daniels Interdistrict Magnet School of International Communication, you value technology and agree to use technology in a responsible manner. This means:
- Complying with all school policies pertaining to technology and conducting yourself accordingly
- Knowing that all NHPS Google account usage is limited to educational purposes only
- Accepting that district and school personnel have access to your account, documents and communications at all times
- Accepting that any misuse of district issued equipment is not permitted
- Using technology appropriately, abiding by all copyright laws and by citing all resources as needed
- Not taking and/or sharing pictures or videos without permission from the person(s) being photographed/videotaped

Te extrañamos! Mientras continuamos ayudándole a aprender a distancia, recuerde que debe practicar la Ciudadanía digital. Como estudiante de la Escuela Magnet de Comunicación interdigital John C. Daniels, usted valora la tecnología y acepta utilizarla de manera responsable. Esto significa:
- Cumplir con todas la políticas escolares relacionadas con la tecnología y conducirse en manera responsable.
- Sabiendo que todo el uso de la cuenta NHPS en Google está limitado solo a fines educativos.
- Aceptar que el personal del distrito y de la escuela tiene acceso a su cuenta, documentos y comunicaciones en todo momento.
